    FAQ

    What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate your operator's mobile tariff plan without having to use a physical SIM card.
What are the advantages of eSIM?
    • Get a room without visiting the office and delivery.
    • Set up to five numbers per eSIM.
    • Can't lose or damage the eSIM.
    • On the iPhone, you can use two SIM cards at the same time. Two tariffs can be active at once. The main one is on the physical SIM card, the additional one is on the eSIM.
    • If you use eSIM in a country where it is supported, you do not need to take an additional phone on the trip. You will not need to remove the SIM card either. Just download the local eSIM and use it for local calls and the internet. Save on roaming communication.
How do I activate my eSIM?
To activate eSIM, scan the QR code or enter the details manually.

    Scanning the QR code

    1. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or cellular).
    2. Go to the Settings menu. Press "Cellular" or "Mobile Data".
    3. Tap "Add Cellular Tariff".
    4. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code.
    5. Confirm your choice of the cellular operator by tapping "Add Cellular Tariff".

    Entering data manually

You can enter your plan information manually if needed. To enter your plan information manually:
    1. Go to the Settings menu.
    2. Tap "Cellular" or "Mobile Data".
    3. Tap "Add Cellular Plan".
    4. Select the "Enter data manually" option.
    5. Confirm your choice of the cellular operator by tapping "Add Cellular Tariff".
What to do, if by mistake deleted the eSIM?
In this case, scan your QR code. The eSIM profile will be automatically set. Make sure the device is connected to the Internet (WI-FI or data transfer) beforehand.
What should I do if the eSIM profile is not downloaded?
Check that you have an internet connection (WI-FI or data transfer) and whether the latest OS version is already downloaded on your device. If necessary, update the system. Scan the QR code again.
